FUJIFILM Hunt Chemicals is a leading manufacturer of imaging and pressroom products and a dynamic performer in the Asia-Pacific region. A wholly owned subsidiary of FUJIFILM Corporation, Japan, it was incorporated in April 1989 to acquire the photographic chemical business of Olin Hunt.

The company was first established as Hunt Chemical in 1983 with a mandate to create a world class photographic chemical facility to serve the Asia Pacific region. Its name was changed to Olin Hunt in 1986 when it became part of Olin Corporation.

The company began manufacturing chemicals used in the printing, photofinishing, graphic arts and medical X-ray industries. It now manufactures a wide range of imaging chemicals under the Fuji Hunt and FujiFilm brands to service the entire Asia Pacific Rim.

FUJIFILM Hunt Chemicals has also begun manufacturing pressroom chemicals in Singapore since late 2007. It is the company's intention to manufacture a whole range of quality and environmentally friendly products from newspaper to heat-set printing, sheet-fed-offset to continuous form and packaging printing to service printers in the Asia region.

The company is also involved in marketing its proprietary CODEstream Laser Marking technology and Smart Surfaces Silicone-based fouling release solutions.

Today, FUJIFILM Hunt Chemicals is a modern manufacturing facility and an environmentally conscious member of the Singapore chemical manufacturing community.
